kangkung goreng belacan-dr dapur cik.juliet
I was born in general hosp kota bharu, raised in kota bharu.. educated partially in the kb.kt.mlaka.n9, earned a living in the area that can still be called a pinggiran bandar and living my life in a kota bharu..but i love to ate & cooking da "masakan tradisional: likes budu..ikan bakar.ulam.ulaman.petai.kerabu..huuhu..so kampungla aku nie kan..hehe.wut the probs?;)
wokey ..for the others,who enjoy cooking n wanna out new recipes..escepially kelantan tradisional food. I am NOT thinked that I am a good cook or that I am a chef. I am just a simple lady who would like to share my new cooking experience, that's all..m pleasure to share the recipes wif u all..sO feel free to try at our home...
my masakan for tonite :
kangkung goreng belacan
- 1 ikat kangkung
- 4bj bwg putih
- 1 sudu besar cili giling
- secubit belacan
- 1 sudu besar sos tiram
- secubit kiub pati ayam knor
- separuh cwn air
1. panaskan minyak .tumis bwg putih + belacan + cili giling (sehingga kekuningan)
2. masukkan kangkung
3. tambah perisa ( sos tiram +kiub pati ayam knor) = masukkan air jika mahu sdikit berkuah
4. nampak kangkung separuh masak,angkat dan hidangkan
owh byk sgt bahan dia.

hehe. guna bhn perasa biasa like gula,garam,ajinamoto. hehe
